The Holtman is owned and operated by Hotman Holdings, a small partnership of local owners committed to keeping the building's character intact while bringing everything underneath the floorboards up to date.
We believe in mixed-use because we believe in mixed-life. The cafés you walk to ought to be downstairs from somebody's apartment. The office you work in ought to be a block from where you live. The Holtman makes that possible at one address.
We answer our own emails. We pick our own contractors. And we built this website to be the front door of the building — for tenants and for everyone curious about what's happening here.
Small things, treated like big things.
A maintenance request answered the same day. A lease that's clear about every number. A trash room that doesn't smell. A common space that feels like a common space. We care most about the parts of a building that other landlords forget about.
